Final Fantasy XIV decides the date of launching and its pricing model
After a long period of waiting towards the earnest fans of Final Fantasy XIV, Square-Enix finally put an end to the expectation of hotly anticipated MMORPG. Contrary to the many of the preceding speculations, it isn’t at the end of the year according to the official release data. It is reported that Square will offically launch the game on the PC on September 22nd and 30th. According to the release of official announcement, the bonuses has been disclosed for the Collector’s Edition, which one of the bonuses is early access of a full week.
Sale for $74.99 rather than $49.99 of the standard version, the Collector’s Edition has many limited things in it, including an exclusive in-game item, a security token, a travel journal with concept art, and a special cover with art by Yoshitako Amano. There are 30 days of free game time not only for the Collector’s Edition but also for the standard version. Afterwards, it will cost $12.99 for the subsequent months. In addition, there is still no news about whether the cost will increase for additional characters in Final Fantasy XIV or not. Each extra character jobs will cost $3.00 per month in the game, so muck like the payment $1.00 per month in Final Fantasy XI. Likewise, the cost will be only $1.00 if you wish to have another character for inventory purposes in FFXIV. However, if you cannot wait for playing Final Fantasy XIV for another three months, the beta testing will begin in early July. Although it may be not as good as it’s formal launching, you will still be satisfied with the game .
